Sized items are non refundable (this includes rings and bracelets).
Commissioned items are non refundable, but I am happy to discuss options. with customers.
Items worn or damaged within your ownership are non-refundable.
Full refunds on returned items within 16 days of receiving the item are accepted on not sized or commissioned items, but must be returned unworn, damaged and in the original packaging.
Return postage costs are to be covered by you, must be insured to cover the cost of the item returned and postage details must me sent to me via e-mail: LochSealgDesigns@Gmail.com.
Refunds are only issued after the item is received and passed my full inspection, if the item is found to be damaged you will be contacted and an offer will be made for the scrap value of the item if the item is un-sellable.
