Ordering

When ordering from my website please understand that some items may take up to 6 weeks to be dispatched, this is due to them being made to order, sized items and/or hallmarking. If the item is in stock then expect the item to be dispatched within 5 working days.


  • Made to order items will be dispatched within 6 weeks


  • In stock items will be dispatched within 5 working days, please allow extra time for delivery due to my remote location


  • All orders over £10 are insured and delivered with Royal Mail 


  • All orders under £10 will be posted with Royal Mail via first class stamp


  • If you would like a commissioned item, please contact me via e-mail with the details of what you are looking for, with photos of similar items or gemstones you desire. Once a design has been agreed on, I do require a 50% non refundable deposit. This is to secure the materials required and to cover tool and equipment wear. The final payment will be required at completion, before dispatch to your desired address

Returns and Refunds

  • Sized items are non refundable (this includes rings and bracelets)


  • Commissioned items are non refundable, but I am happy to discuss options. with customers


  • Items worn or damaged within your ownership are non-refundable


  • Full refunds on returned items within 16 days of receiving the item are accepted on not sized or commissioned items, but must be returned unworn, damaged and in the original packaging


  • You must contact me via e-mail: LochSealgDesigns@Gmail.com before you return the item


  • Return postage costs are to be covered by you, must be insured to cover the cost of the item returned and postage details must me sent to me via e-mail: LochSealgDesigns@Gmail.com 


  • Refunds are only issued after the item is received and passed my full inspection, if the item is found to be damaged you will be contacted and an offer will be made for the scrap value of the item if the item is un-sellable


  • All returns should be sent to: Loch Sealg Designs, 25A Lemreway, Isle of Lewis HS2 9RD
